Acceptable Use Policy
Summary in 30 seconds
Nothing illegal, no harassment, spam, impersonation, sexual content involving minors or third-party content without permission, and no attacks on the platform. Coaches may not promise cures or diagnose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
1. It is forbidden to
- Use the service for anything illegal or to facilitate crimes (including those under Dominican Law 53-07 on High-Technology Crimes).
- Harass, threaten, discriminate or post hateful, violent or sexually explicit content.
- Any sexual content involving minors (we will report it to the authorities).
- Upload photos, data or content of other people without their permission, or that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy.
- Impersonate someone, create fake accounts or invite people who did not ask for it.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through chat, community, WhatsApp or email.
- Try to access other people’s accounts or data, probe vulnerabilities without permission, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Sell or promote banned substances, prescription drugs without a prescription or dangerous products in the shop.
2. Additional rules for coaches
- Do not diagnose or treat diseases, promise cures or guaranteed results, or claim credentials you do not hold.
- Do not use your clients’ data for purposes other than serving them or share it outside the app without their consent.
- Do not serve minors under 18 through the app.
3. What we do if the rules are broken
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts and notify the authorities where appropriate. To report abuse contact us at [email protected].
