You are subscribing to software. The free trial requires a card and is charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel first; the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Privacy Policy
We process your data (including health data) only to provide the service. If you have a coach, your coach decides about your data and we process it on their behalf. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We use providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, Meta/WhatsApp, Anthropic…) that may be outside your country. trainer.do does not give medical advice and is not a medical device. Coaches are independent professionals and we do not verify their credentials. AI results are estimates. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
As a coach, you are the controller of your clients’ data; we are your processor: we process it only on your instructions and to provide the service, with confidentiality, security measures, listed subprocessors and breach notice. Acceptable Use Policy

Cookies and local storage policy

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel anytime from “My subscription”: you keep access until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
